Scanning and cleaning run entirely on your device. Vireo never uploads your files, photos, file names, or results — there is no server to send them to. Vireo is free because it shows ads: we ship exactly one ad SDK (Google AdMob), it uses your device’s advertising ID to serve them, and Google Play lists Vireo as “contains ads”. Your files are never part of that exchange.
